Program Description
Prime IV Hydration & Wellness and its franchise owners may use an automatic telephone dialing system ("autodialer") to send you text messages. These messages are intended to provide you with information about the franchise opportunity, including events, promotions, and requested information.
Message Frequency
The number of texts you receive will vary. You will receive a maximum of five (5) marketing-related messages per month. The frequency of non-marketing messages will vary based on your inquiries and interest in the franchise opportunity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received, as outlined in your mobile telephone service rate plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for details on pricing. Prime IV Hydration & Wellness does not charge a separate fee for sending these messages.
Supported Carriers
Supported carriers may change, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One, among others.
How to Opt-In
To opt in to our text messaging program, please visit www.primeivhydration.com or partner.primeivhydration.com and select the appropriate option when submitting the web form. You can also follow other instructions provided by Prime IV Hydration & Wellness.
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages, simply reply STOP to the ten-digit number from which the messages are being sent. You will then receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed from that program.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide. You are responsible for immediately notifying Prime IV Hydration & Wellness if your number changes. You agree to fully indemnify Prime IV Hydration & Wellness for any claims, expenses, or damages related to or caused by your failure to provide a correct telephone number, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
No Guaranteed Delivery
Delivery of text messages may fail due to various circumstances or conditions. You acknowledge that network services, including mobile network services, are outside of Prime IV Hydration & Wellness' control, and we are not responsible for any issues that arise from them.

Eligibility

Prime IV Hydration & Wellness may update these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted on www.primeivhydration.com or partner.primeivhydration.com. By continuing to receive our text messages, you agree to accept these changes.
Termination of Text Messaging
Prime IV Hydration & Wellness may suspend or terminate your participation in our text messaging program if we believe you have violated these terms. Your participation may also be terminated if your mobile service is canceled or lapses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of this text messaging program, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
