You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide. You are responsible for immediately notifying Prime IV Hydration & Wellness if your number changes. You agree to fully indemnify Prime IV Hydration & Wellness for any claims, expenses, or damages related to or caused by your failure to provide a correct telephone number, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
